In the import and export transactions, the import/export goods must be inspected by the just third party to certify the quality、 quantity and the packing of the goods, for establishing the good market reputations and improving the competition.
The inspection organization, having nothing to do with the seller and buyer, should be independent and just. When inspecting the goods, the organization should follow up the standards stated in the contract or letter of credit. Having finished the inspection, the organization should write the certificate of inspection. There are three kinds of inspection:
a. Legal Inspection;
b. Fair Examination;
c. Entrusted Inspection.
